By accessing or using the Review Tack website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Review Tack provides a platform for businesses to request feedback or reviews from customers via SMS. You may only use our services if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

3. SMS Messaging

• By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive a one-time SMS message from Review Tack requesting feedback or a review.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or request help by replying HELP.
• Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Only customers who have explicitly opted in will receive SMS messages.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and current information when using our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited or unauthorized messages.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this site, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of or licensed to Review Tack and are protected by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Review Tack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of said country.
 

10. The 30 Day Guarantee

ReviewTack offers a performance guarantee that you will generate at least 20 new customer reviews within the first 30 days of using our platform.

• To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

  1. Actively use the ReviewTack platform to send review requests (minimum of 100 requests within the 30-day period).

  2. Ensure review requests are sent to legitimate customers and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

  3. Maintain an active, paid subscription during the guarantee period.

• If, after 30 days of qualifying usage, you have not received at least 20 new customer reviews, you may request a refund of your first month’s subscription fee.

• This guarantee does not apply in cases where:

  • You fail to meet the minimum usage requirements listed above.

  • Reviews are removed by the review platform for reasons outside of ReviewTack’s control.

  • Your business operates in an industry or niche where customer review platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp) have restrictions or limitations on reviews.

All refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days after the initial 30-day guarantee period ends.
